I am a qualified British Wheel Of Yoga teacher and I've been sharing my knowledge since 1991. I have continued my studies experientially at Ashrams, including Bihar School of Yoga, India. The breath is my main focus as a way of teaching how to bring body, mind & spirit together.

How can I benefit from Yoga?
- Improve emotional, mental and physical strength.
- Experience the benefits of each posture and the powerful impact of regular practice.
- Learn a sequence of postures to continue and practice at home.
- Release hidden and unconscious tensions we acquire in our daily lives and hold in our body and mind.
- Experience yoga as a wholistic practice that can be directly applied to your daily life.
Yoga teaches that the mind and body are not separate. It is well established that through the practice of yoga, unconscious tensions can be accessed and released through the body, and provide a balance of body, mind and spirit.
"Yoga is unique as an exercise system. Its primary external concern is stillness not movement. Its emphasis is on internal experience rather than external goal; concerned more with the total integrity of the body rather than a specific, limited element of its abilities. Yoga treats the body, not only as a physical object to be manipulated, but also as a vessel of awareness. It has always been more concerned with the cultivatiion of sensitivity and feeling, than power and achievement" Godfrey Devereaux.
