I am a qualified British Wheel Of Yoga teacher and I've been sharing my knowledge since 1991. I have continued my studies experientially at Ashrams, including Bihar School of Yoga, India. The breath is my main focus as a way of teaching how to bring body, mind & spirit together.

Chair Yoga:

Chair Yoga is available for the less able bodied and is done either sitting or standing.

How can I benefit from Yoga?

Yoga teaches that the mind and body are not separate. It is well established that through the practice of yoga, unconscious tensions can be accessed and released through the body, and provide a balance of body, mind and spirit.
